The rain didn’t stop the throngs of people who flock to the SM Mall of Asia ground last Saturday, Match 5, to witness the display of lights of Japan and Canada for the fourth night of the Second International Pyromusical Competition. Despite the rain, the crowd patiently waited, the show still went on and delivered as expected.
Japan drew a lot of “wows” with their unique and dramatic lights matched with playful music medley including the world famous Mario Brother’s and Beethoven sounds. Meanwhile, Canada displayed more harmony and synchronicity with the fireworks and music. But personally speaking, Japan got that night.
For those who have yet to see, the last night of the Pyromusical Competition will be held this Saturday, March 12, where Australia and the Philippines are expected to light up their best fireworks.
Tickets are available at SM Tickets (02-470-2222), Ticket Net (02-911-5555) and Ticket World (02-891-9999). Ticket rates are: VIP (w/ dinner) P1,500; VIP P500; Gold P200; and Silver P100. For more information and restaurant reservation visit their website at www.pyrophilippines.com.
