The Philippines opens its borders to all international arriving passengers! Mandatory COVID-19 testing and facility-based quarantine are no longer Philippine entry requirements. Just make sure that the following requirements to travel to Philippines are met and satisfied.
Philippine Travel Requirements for Arriving International Passengers (Regardless of Origin)

Requirements to Travel to Philippines for Fully Vaccinated
- eTravel Portal Registration (This can be done within 72h before arrival or upon arrival)
- Must have any of the following proofs of vaccination against COVID-19 that are recognized under existing IATF regulations:
- World Health Organization International Certificate of Vaccination
- VaxCertPH certification
- National/State digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement, unless otherwise accepted by the IATF (Inter-Agency Task Force for the management of emerging infectious diseases in the Philippines)
- Other proof of vaccination permitted by the IATF
- A passport valid for at least 6 months after departure from the Philippines
- A return ticket or ticket to the next destination.

Unvaccinated, Partially Vaccinated and Those Whose Vaccination Status Cannot be Validated
- An official and certified Covid-19 test (RT-PCR or RAT) performed by a medical facility or lab within 24h before departure
- eTravel Portal Registration (This can be done within 72h before arrival or upon arrival)
- A passport valid for at least 6 months after departure from the Philippines
- A return ticket or ticket to the next destination.

Unvaccinated Children Below 15 Years Old
- Children under 12 years of age who cannot be vaccinated shall follow the quarantine protocols of the parent/s or the
- eTravel Portal Registration (This can be done within 72h before arrival or upon arrival)
- A passport valid for at least 6 months after departure from the Philippines
- A return ticket or ticket to the next destination
Visa Requirement
- Travelers from 158 countries are allowed to enter and travel to the Philippines with a stay up to 30 days without a visa.
