Apayao is perhaps the least explored in all the provinces of Cordillera Administrative Region but unknown to many, Apayao offers diverse attractions that sets it apart from other provinces in this mountainous region.

Just like Luna, the lowland municipality and the new provincial capital of Apayao. It is dubbed as the show window of the province for its variety of natural attractions – beautiful waterfalls, caves, rivers and scenic mountain views.

This snapshot is taken inside Lussok Crystal Cave of Luna, overlooking the green river that goes through it. It may not be an easy destination but a truly worthy one.
